Does my membership expire? No, your FIZZ Club is a continuous membership. If you wish to cancel or put it on hold please contact our FIZZ Club manager prior to the selection customization deadline.
How will I know when to expect my FIZZ Club selection? We will send details about your upcoming selection and customization deadline via the email you use when signing up for our FIZZ Club about 1 month prior to your selection being ready.
Can I customize my wine selection? Yes, you may customize each selection before the deadline by signing into your FIZZ Club account at www.mawby.wine and going to your customer account page.

Will you automatically bill my credit card? Yes, we will automatically bill your card when we process your FIZZ Club selection.
Does my FIZZ Club selection require an adult signature upon delivery? Yes, UPS requires an adult signature upon deliver, age 21 or older. We can ship your selection to a business address, which may be more convenient for you.
How long will I have to pickup my selection? You have 60 days to pickup your selection. If you need to make special arrangements [picking up eary or late] please contact our FIZZ Club manager.
Why do I want to sign into my FIZZ Club account on your website? When you sign into your account our website will recognize you as a club member. This allows your discount to be applied and gives you the ability to modify your account, customize upcoming selections and access FIZZ Club exclusive wine and merchandise.
