This Traditional method stunner is made from 53% Vignole, 30% reserve wine and 17% Pinot Noir. Tirage bottled in February 2017 and disgorged January 2020. Almost 3 years aged in the bottle, this differnt take on Vignoles whispers of our retired Cremant Classic with aged citrus notes and tales of several vintages.

We want every single bottle of this in existence!!! California bubbly has NOTHING on you. Fantastic on a late fall Sunday morning. Enjoyed with some Tom Kha soup and now by itself.
